Track Your Order

Stay up to date on your Dosuk.com delivery with our easy tracking guide. Follow the steps below to monitor your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.


1. Shipment Confirmation Email

As soon as we dispatch your order, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • Order Number

  • Tracking Number

  • Tracking Link to the carrier’s website


2. How to Track Your Order

  1. Click the Tracking Link
    Use the link provided in your confirmation email to visit the carrier’s tracking page.

  2. Enter Your Tracking Number
    If you prefer, go directly to the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx) and enter your tracking number in their “Track Shipment” field.

  3. View Real-Time Updates
    See current status, location, and estimated delivery date.


3. Tracking Information Delays

  • Initial Delay: It can take up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking data to appear.

  • No Updates Yet? If you haven’t seen any tracking information after 24 hours, please contact us.


4. Shipment Status Definitions

  • Label Created: Your label is printed and the package awaits pickup.

  • In Transit: The package is moving between carrier facilities.

  • Out for Delivery: The carrier has your package and will deliver it today.

  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the specified address.


5. Common Tracking Issues

  • “Delivered” but Not Received:
    – Check with neighbors or building staff in case they accepted it on your behalf.
    – If still missing, email support@dosuk.com or call us.

  • Tracking Shows a Delay:
    – Carriers may be delayed due to weather, customs, or high volume.
    – You can reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number, or contact us for help.
